You should see a doctor as soon as possible. Some tips, stay away from hot stuff. She's looking into laser treatments next to shrink the blood vessels. A surprising and pleasant side effect however is that the rosacea has almost disapeared, my skin now only has a healthy pink glow. I think in my case, the rosacea was definitely due to a poor diet. Why are you waiting to see a dermatologist for treatment instead of asking your regular doc to prescribe treatment for it now? The main treatment is antibiotics and a cream called metro gel.
